- The promotion is open to schools, colleges or academies located in the England, Scotland and Wales.

- The “Promotional Period” is from 21st September 21 (00.01 GMT) and will run until the claim allocation is depleted or as such longer period as the promoter may determine and notify on https://powerupmyschool.com/
- The £20 cashback reward is inclusive of VAT. On purchase of a new qualifying product, the participant should submit a claim form via http://powerupmyschool.com together with proof of purchase in the form of a sellers invoice clearly showing Participant details, the number and type of qualifying products purchased, the purchase price, date of purchase and details of the authorised reseller from whom they purchased the qualifying product. Claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase as evidenced by the date of the seller’s invoice.
- In order to be eligible for the promotion the trade-in devices must be a desktop or laptop that is complete and in full working order and no more than 10 years old. In addition, in order to be eligible, the trade-in device must be owned by the participant, have been owned by the participant since purchase and not owned by, leased to or from another party. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the trade-in device and to reject any claim where the promoter is not satisfied that the participant is the rightful owner. Desktops and laptops must include the AC power adaptor. Thin clients, password protected, or BIOS locked units do not qualify for the promotion. The promoter may revalue the trade-in product where it is damaged and have the right to reject if it does not meet the criteria.

- Where a school has traded-in 50 or more units, they can opt to use their credits to secure a full day of teacher training from Tablet Academy, including 12 months of free access for all staff to Tablet Academy’s online training platform which has a value of £1250. Upon selection of the Teacher training and the successful return of the trade-in devices, a notification will be sent to Tablet Academy with an instruction to contact the school to arrange provision of the service. Tablet Academy will invoice the school directly, which the school can then upload to the Power Up My School portal, we will then pay the reward to the school, allowing them to settle the invoice with Tablet Academy. This ensures that at all times, there is a clear transactional chain between the provider and the school. £1000 of reward credit will be used to procure the service, the remaining reward will be paid directly to the school as a BACS transfer.
- Where a school has traded-in 100 or more units, they can opt to use their credits to secure Cloud Deployment from Concero. Upon selection of the Cloud Deployment and the successful return of the trade-in devices, a notification will be sent to Concero with an instruction to contact the school to arrange provision of the service. The Cloud supplier will invoice the school directly, which the school can then upload to the Power Up My School portal, we will then pay the reward to the school, allowing them to settle the invoice with the supplier. This ensures that at all times, there is a clear transactional chain between the provider and the school. £1000 of reward credit will be used to procure the service, the remaining reward will be paid directly to the school as a BACS transfer.
